The Slim and Sculpt program combines an 8 week fat loss program with your CoolSculpting journey. By targeting the key elements of fat: balancing blood sugar and hunger hormones, raising metabolism and reducing inflammation. This 8 week program designed by fat loss expert and celebrity nutritionist Jennifer Hanway will help you achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss.
Typical results show a loss of 15-20lbs in an 8 week period
Your program will start with a 60 minute one to one virtual or in-person consultation with Jennifer, at which you will discuss your weight loss challenges and goals. You’ll then receive your 8 week fat loss guide, packed with over 50 recipes, meal plans, snack options, guides to eating out, supplement suggestions plus workout plans, video demos and class suggestions – all designed to balance your blood sugar, boost your metabolism, and get your body into fat burning mode.
Throughtout the program you’ll have Jennifer on “speed dial” for feedback and questions, and she will be checking in with you on a weekly basis for support and accountability. You’ll meet with Jennifer twice more throughout the program, and at the end of the 8 weeks she will guide you through transitioning out of the program and into your new life, while keeping the weight loss results you love.
