What’s included in a private coaching program?
The private coaching program begins with a deep dive: Together, with Jennifer, you’ll explore your current health, medical history, lab work, diet and fitness regime. And, because health is holistic, Jenny will also explore your gut health, stress levels and sleep patterns.
Every aspect of your lifestyle will be considered, and your plans will reflect your schedule, career, family commitments, even how much time you have to prepare and cook food, and where and when you eat out.
At the heart of the private coaching program is the bespoke health plan devised for you. This includes a blood work analysis, detailed nutrition plan, supplement suggestions, workout programs, stress management tools and a sleep regime. This wholly individualized program addresses the results of your blood work, your hormonal profile, your lifestyle and your personal goals. This is where your life-changing habits—and results—begin!
Each private coaching program is rooted in accountability. To empower you to stay on track, you’ll receive an email every Monday to review your progress, the challenges you’ve encountered and any course corrections to implement.
Jenny will be available on ‘speed dial’ via phone or email for questions, advice and support throughout your private coaching program.

About Jennifer Hanway
Jennifer Hanway is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Level 2 Bio Signature Modulation Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer. A passion for empowering others fuels Jennifer’s mission to combine a 360-degree view of health and wellness with accountability to achieve life-changing results. Rooted in science and with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Jennifer’s goal is to create an inspiring, positive and rewarding experience for those seeking to better their lives through improved health.
A professional dancer for many years, Jennifer has long understood the significance of a regular wellness routine. Her journey to holistic wellness, however, began in London over 15 years ago and has since taken her all over the globe. From running bikini bootcamps at Amansala in Tulum, Mexico, to being a founding team member and Master Trainer at Barre Core, London’s first barre studio, and working as Head Nutritionist in Switzerland for Peak Health Retreats.
Jennifer’s trustworthy demeanor and undeniable results have made her one of the best-kept secrets in wellness for clients that include the British Royal Family, Hollywood A-list, and Olympic Athletes.
Jennifer is also a sought after Wellness Speaker (previous engagements include SXSW, The GOOD Fest and the W.E.L.L. Summit), and Wellness Writer (previous publications include Martha Stewart Weddings, Well +Good, Charlotte’s Book, Hip and Healthy, The Bod Edit, The Daily Telegraph, and W.E.L.L. Insiders). She is a member of New Beauty Magazine’s Brain Trust. Jennifer has partnered with some of the top wellness brands in the industry including Sakara Life, sweetgreen and Bulletproof, and she is the Holistic Nutritionist for Russak Dermatology in New York.
From transforming physiques through nutrition and fitness to addressing gut health and hormonal imbalances, Jennifer’s deep knowledge of hormonal health, body composition and understanding of the heart/head connection informs her holistic approach. Having struggled with her own gut to the point of hospitalization, she has a deep empathy for the toll an unhealthy lifestyle can take. Through her targeted nutrition and wellness programs, she seeks to improve her clients’ health so they feel strong, confident and energized to show up in the world as the best versions of themselves.
Educated in London at both the Royal Academy of Dance and Roehampton University, Jennifer is currently studying for an advanced degree in Nutritional Therapy.
